      IQAC is an essential body that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of higher education in an institution. It helps in the development and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms, which leads to continuous improvement in academic and administrative activities.
      The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) wasestablished in our college on 31-03-2010 to promote and sustain quality assurance in various aspects of academic and administrative activities. The primary objective of IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution.
      IQAC serves as a facilitative and participative unit that ensures continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes of the institution. It aims to achieve excellence in teaching-learning, research and extension activities by creating a quality culture that is sensitive to the needs of all stakeholders.
      IQAC is responsible for designing and implementing various quality assurance mechanisms such as preparation,implementation and monitoring of the Annual Academic Plan comprising curricular,co-curricular and extra curricular activities, conducting academic and administrative audits, suggests constructive measures basing on the structured feedback collected from various stakeholders and ensuring the implementation of the recommendations of the audit reports.
      The IQAC unit of the institution comprises a Chairperson (Principal),Coordinator, and a few members representing various stakeholders such as faculty,administrative staff, eminent personalities from industry or academia and students.
